Guide to the use of charging cabinets: safety and efficiency are equally important

1. Basic knowledge of charging cabinets

Charging cabinets are intelligent storage and charging systems designed for mobile devices such as tablets and laptops, integrating safe charging, device management and space optimization. The charging cabinet is equipped with a safe charging system, multi-function sockets and cable management functions, providing a convenient and safe solution for charging multiple devices at the same time.

Core component analysis:

Intelligent charging system: Adopts adaptive voltage regulation technology (5V/9V/12V/15V/20V multi-speed automatic matching)

Multi-function socket module: supports multiple interfaces such as Type-C (PD3.0), USB-A (QC3.0), AC socket, etc.

Cable management system: Each compartment is equipped with a 1.5-meter retractable nylon braided charging cable

Safety protection system: Overvoltage/overcurrent/short circuit/overheating quadruple protection, in line with IEC62368-1 safety standards

2.Necessary preparations before use

Confirmation of device compatibility

Voltage matching: Check the rated input voltage of the device (such as laptops usually require 19V/3.42A)

Interface type:

Type-C interface supports up to 100W PD fast charging

USB-A interface supports up to 18W QC fast charging

Power requirement: A single compartment supports up to 65W output, and the total cabinet power does not exceed 1600W

Environmental safety check

Installation location: ≥20cm from the wall, ventilation space, ambient temperature 0-40℃

Power supply conditions:

Independent 220V/10A circuit

Grounding resistance ≤4Ω

Voltage fluctuation range ±10%

Space layout: Avoid direct sunlight and humid areas (humidity recommended 30%-60%)

3.Standardized operation process

Equipment storage steps

Open the electronic lock and pull out the retractable charging cable to the appropriate length

Connect the device interface first, then plug in the power supply (reduce surge risk)

Place the device on the shockproof silicone pad (bearing weight ≤5kg)

Close the door and lock automatically

4. Safety protection points

Electrical safety specifications

Plug and unplug sequence: strictly follow the principle of "device first, power on; power off first, device unplug later"

Load management:

Single cabinet charging equipment at the same time ≤24 units

Type-C interface equipment ≤8 units (total power limit)

Anti-mistake design:

Misplug protection (anti-reverse connection structure)

Child safety lock (double confirmation required to open)

Data security measures

Charging isolation technology: Physically isolate data pins (only retain power transmission)

Privacy protection:

Disable USB debugging mode

Reject "Trust this computer" pop-up window

It is recommended to use a dedicated charging cable (no data transmission function)

5.Maintenance Guide

Daily maintenance

Cleaning cycle:

Surface: Wipe with a slightly damp microfiber cloth every week

Interface: Clean with an anhydrous alcohol cotton swab every month

Inspection focus:

Wire wear (bending life ≥ 10,000 times)

Loose socket (plug and pull force maintained at 0.5-2.5kg)

Professional maintenance

Quarterly maintenance:

Detect ground continuity (impedance ≤ 0.1Ω)

Calibrate voltage and current sensors (error ± 3%)

Annual inspection:

Replace aging components (relay life ≥ 50,000 times)

Update firmware program (support OTA remote upgrade)
