1. Selection of installation environment
The charging cabinet should be installed in a well-ventilated location away from water sources and humid areas. Excessive humidity can easily cause circuit short circuits, while high temperature environments may accelerate battery aging. Avoid sharing sockets with high-power appliances to prevent electromagnetic interference from affecting charging stability. During use, confirm that the input voltage of the charging cabinet matches the power grid. The socket must have leakage protection function. It is recommended to use an independent circuit power supply to avoid overload caused by sharing with other devices. The power cord must be made of flame-retardant material. When wiring, it is preferred to bury it underground or wear metal wire pipes for protection, and ensure reliable grounding.
2. Compatibility of equipment
Confirm that the interface supported by the charging cabinet is compatible with the device to avoid reduced charging efficiency or damage to the device due to protocol mismatch. Use original or certified cables to avoid overheating or abnormal charging caused by inferior cables. It is recommended to use adjustable buckles or silicone sleeves to fix the cables to prevent entanglement and interface wear.
3. Daily maintenance of the product
Disconnect the power supply when plugging and unplugging the device to prevent arc damage to the interface. If the charging cabinet is equipped with an electromagnetic door lock, it should be unlocked according to the process before operation. Regularly check the charging port for dust or metal foreign matter. Use a dry soft brush to clean it. Do not use liquid detergents. Check the cooling fan of the charging module to see if it is running normally, the cable is not damaged, and the cabinet fixing bolts are not loose every month. In high temperature environments, it is recommended to shorten the inspection cycle to two weeks.
